The immovable property is sold without legal warranty at the risks and perils of the buyer(s). The buyer agrees to take the property in its current condition, with no guarantees and/or warranties from the seller regarding its state, defects or future compliance with laws and regulations. The immovable is the property of l'Association Philanthropique de Kalavrita (Sainte-Lavra) Inc and was used as an association venue. The buyer releases the seller and their representatives of any and all liability and future claims. Sold as-is where-is.

A new certificate of location will be provided at the seller's cost and will be provided on or before the signing of the deed of sale.

The seller or their representatives have specifically expressed that all promises to purchase be submitted to the seller's broker for presentation and must include a delay of response of 48 hours.
