Credit check, background check, employment verification, references, and a recent pay stub required Credit report to be conducted by Enquêtes Excellence or Trustii at the tenant's expense First month's rent payable upon signing the lease Lease ending June 30, 2027 No subletting or short-term rentals permitted Proof of tenant insurance with a minimum $2,000,000 liability required prior to occupancy The tenant must comply with the building rules
