The owner reserves the right to find their own tenant.

The tenant shall provide proof of liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 prior to the moving date;

The tenant shall provide an employment letter and a credit report (paid by the applicant), which shall be conditional upon the satisfaction of the landlord;

No pets, no smoking, no marijuana and no air b & b or short term rentals are allowed.

Sub-lease is subject to the prior written authorization of the landlord.

The square footage listed represents the gross area.

One month security deposit is required by the landlord, this deposit is held to ensure the property is returned in its original clean condition. This full amount shall be refunded back to the tenant upon lease termination, provided that the property is well maintained and all the keys are returned at the same time.
