The apartment is available immediately and includes wall-mounted air conditioning/heat pump unit and a stove. Please note that the appliance is in good working condition, but in the event of a breakdown, it's replacement will be the tenant's responsibility and will become their property.

Conditions: non-smoking unit (no form of smoke or vaping allowed), no pets, no access to the yard (reserved for the ground-floor owners), and a maximum of five occupants is permitted. Purchase home insurance that includes liability insurance for a minimum of $2 million and provide proof of coverage before handing over the keys.
