1.lease acceptance is conditional oncredit verification,employment verification and background verification satisfactory to the landlord.

3.No smoking in the private unit or in the common areas of the building.

5.The leasee must provide the first month of rent at the time of signing of the lease.

6.No short-term subleasing and no Airbnb Rental.

7. tenant will provide the landlord with a tenant insurance certificate including civil liability overage of two million dollars($2,000,000) and will maintain this insurance for the duration of the lease and any future renewals.

8.lessee is not allowed to paint or make any modification without prior written consent from the lessor.
