THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST FORM AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY PROMISE TO LEASE:

- References/credit verification/proof of employment/salary are required to the lessor's satisfaction within four (4) days following an accepted Promise to Lease; - The lessee shall pay the 1st month of rent at the signing of the lease; - The lessee shall not paint the walls without the lessor's authorization; - The lessee shall subscribe to a 2M$ civil liability insurance for the whole duration of the lease; - The lessee shall pay the moving fees (in-out) to the building management company; - The lessee shall return the property in the same condition as at the signing of the lease; - The lessee shall open an account with Hydro-Québec; - Non-smoking (including marijuana); - No growing of marijuana; - No airbnb, sub-lease or lease transfer without the written permission of the lessor.
