The following conditions must be included in the rental agreement:
- No smoking, no cannabis;
- No pets allowed;
- No subletting, no short-term leases;
- The potential tenant must provide a complete credit report, a letter of employment, and a reference from the current landlord. The credit check will be conducted to the landlord's complete satisfaction.
- The tenant must obtain and maintain $2,000,000 in liability insurance for the entire term of the lease.
- A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
