-No pets -No drugs, no cannabis-related activities -No Airbnbs -No commercial activities -No subletting -The tenant agrees to provide a credit report, proof of employment, and proof of salary for approval by the landlord. -The tenant agrees to obtain tenant's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $2 million before the move-in date. - A security deposit equal to one (1) month's rent will be paid as a deposit. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant by the landlord at the end of the rental period if no damage is found to the property (including furniture and appliances). If damage other than normal wear and tear is found during a joint inspection of the premises before the end of the rental period, the cost will be borne by the security deposit, and the difference will be returned to the tenant along with an invoice for repairs, if applicable. -The tenant agrees to respect the rules of the building
