- During the term of the lease, the lessee, at his own expense, shall maintain and provide a copy to the lessor of a tenant's legal liability insurance. The amount shall equal at least two million dollars($2,000,000.00). Upon signing the lease, the lessee must prepare an electric Hydro registration account. - The lessee does agree that any form of subleasing or lease transfer must be authorized by the lessor prior. AIRBNB and short-term leases are prohibited. - The lessee does agree that smoking any sort of substance on the premises is not permitted throughout the terms of the lease. (Ex: cannabis, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, or anything else related). - The lessee must be responsible for full compensation for any damage. - Conditional on the credit report. Checking at the complete satisfaction of the owner. - The lessee agrees to comply with all bylaws of the condominium Corporation and sign them. Should fines be billed to the owner for the violation thereof, the lessee shall be paying them. - The lessee is responsible for paying the building moving fees(elevator booking fees)when moving in and out of the condo unit.
