8.) Lessee agrees to submit e-transfers for the entire term

9.) The costs of move-in and move-out imposed by the
co-ownership are at the expense of the tenant

10.) The lessee is not allowed to sub-lease or lease
transfer without written permission from the Landlord.
Airbnb, or similar short term sublet will be considered a
repudiatory breach of the lease.
