- Tenant will have to take a civil liability insurance in
the amount of 2,000,000$ minimum, an insurance to cover his
belongings and also an insurance to cover displacement and
accommodation fees in the case of a forced renovation to
the condo caused by water damage or any other reason
whereby the tenant will be forced to move during the
renovation works, and keep it active for the whole term of
the lease.

- A 500$ refundable deposit must be given by the lessee to
the syndicate of co-ownership (before move in and before
move out) to ensure there are no damages during the move
- No laundry , bikes or storage on the balcony. Only patio
furniture is allowed.
- No subletting nor airbnb permitted
- Lessee will pay the first month rent at the signing of
the lease by electronic transfer, as well as the security
deposit of 500$ for the fob and remote control and the 100$
moving fee to the lessor.
- Any fine imposed by the building association for
violations of the regulations and/or accidental or
intentional breakage or damage will be the responsibility
of the tenant.
