Description
- During the term of the lease, the lessee, at his own
expense, shall maintain and provide a copy to the lessor of
a tenant's legal liability insurance. The amount shall
equal at least two million dollars($2,000,000.00). Upon
signing the lease, the lessee must prepare an electric
Hydro registration account.
- The lessee does agree that any form of subleasing or
lease transfer must be authorized by the lessor prior.

complete satisfaction of the owner.
- The lessee agrees to comply with all bylaws of the

fines be billed to the owner for the violation thereof, the
