2- The LESSEE must obtain civil liability insurance
amounting to $2,000,000 valid for the duration of the lease
and provide proof of the same before occupancy.
3- No subletting allowed.
4- No AirBnB hosting permitted.
5- The LESSEE agrees to make rent payments via electronic
transfer for the lease duration.
6- Consumption and cultivation of cannabis in common or
private areas are strictly prohibited.
7- LESSEE must be a non-smoker.
8- LESSEE must adhere to Building Regulations and shall be
responsible for any relocation costs (if applicable) and
payment of penalties resulting from non-compliance with
regulations, including the declaration of co-ownership, or
costs arising from the loss of keys, remote controls, or
access cards.
